FREE Standard Australian Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia.
We use Australia Post regular service. This service requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. A collection card will be left if there is no one available.
Estimated delivery times are 2-10 business days from the time of order. For regional, rural and remote areas, the package may take an extra day or two. We will send you an email with a unique tracking number, allowing you to track your order via the Australia Post website.
Please note we are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
Flat Rate Express Australian Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $12 express shipping within Australia.
We use Australia Post express delivery. This service requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. A collection card will be left if there is no one available.
Estimated delivery times can be found here. This service is next day delivery to all Australian Capital Cities. Please note regional areas may not be a next day service. We will send you an email with a unique tracking number, allowing you to track your order via the Australia Post website.
We ship internationally.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and charged accordingly.
We use Australia Post Airmail for standard international shipping and Express Courier International for express international shipping. Estimated delivery times are 3-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-4 business days for express shipping within major metropolitan areas.
If there is no delivery quoted for your country please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will calculate a shipping price for you.
Please note you may be liable for any duties and import taxes incurred for your country.
All transactions are processed in AUD.
Returns and Exchanges
Given the handcrafted nature of our products, each one is made to order and therefore means that all sales are final. We take the utmost care to wrap your parcel as the items are of a fragile nature. If you find your product damaged on arrival, we will accept an exchange for the same product and we ask that all items being returned be wrapped in bubble wrap and original box to make sure it reaches us a returnable condition. HASA will not be liable for items damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging.
